Store Credit Policy

Bonita Boudoir™ does not issue refunds, only store credit. Due to Covid-19, we're not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. Please read all products descriptions carefully BEFORE purchasing to ensure that the right garment, size, and color has been added to your cart. If you have any questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to email us at info@bonita-boudoir.com.

 

To be eligible for store credit, you must first contact us at info@bonita-boudoir.com within 7 calendar days of receiving and inspecting your item. An item can be only returned for store credit if that item is defective or damaged, or if the wrong item is received. All emails will be assessed within 3 business days of receipt. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit request was approved. If approved, you will receive an electronic gift card for store credit.

Items shipped without prior written approval from Bonita Boudoir will not be accepted and no store credit will be given. No exceptions.
